BUILDING SETBACKS
  1. No building or structure may be located nearer than twenty-five (25) feet to any boundary of a pud.
  2. No building or structure may be located nearer than twenty-five (25) feet to a street line. (except for lots 9, 13, and 14 as shown).
  3. All residence in this pud shall be separated by at least the following number of feet:
    1. Twenty (20) feet from the front of one residence to the back of another residence
    2. Fifteen (15) feet from the front of one residence to the side of another residence
    3. Thirty (30) feet from the front of one residence to the front of another residence
    4. Twenty (20) feet from the back of one residence to the back of another residence
    5. Twenty (20) feet from the side of one residence to the back of another residence
    6. Twenty (20) feet from the side of one residence to the side of another residence. Except that the residences on lots 16, 17, 18 and 19 must be separated by at least 25 feet.
  4. Ten (10) feet in any other situation.
